About Euro Commemorative 2
Commemorative 2 euro coins are special issues with modified national sides. Each country may issue up to two per year. The first was issued by Greece in 2004 for the Olympics. Over 400 different commemorative 2 euro coins have been issued. The rarest include the 2007 Monaco Grace Kelly coin with only 20,001 minted, worth over 150 euros, and the 2015 Vatican 2 euro. San Marino and Vatican issues have particularly low mintages.
