The 5 euro cent coin is made of copper covered steel. Features a smooth edge. Over 15 billion have been minted. The Italian 5 cent features the Flavian Amphitheatre, the Colosseum. The Belgian coin features King Albert II. The Slovenian version features a sower. The 5 cent is one of the smallest and least valuable euro coins. Finland and the Netherlands have effectively stopped minting 1 and 2 cent coins, rounding transactions to the nearest 5 cents.
